 Credit Cards
Do the new registration forms have a line on them for credit card info???
For instance, the OC ride for Kelly Shires we're doing has a form including a line that looks like this under name and address:
Visa Card # Ex:
It would certainly be helpful to the cause if we could take pledges on credit card numbers.
Is there another form?

I just went to the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation of Canada Website and note that they take donations by
Visa
Mastercard
American Express
That's great news !
So, presumably, we can take any of the above when taking pledges? Or would you prefer we stick to, say, Visa?
There is not doubt we can bump up the donations greatly by taking donations on plastic as well. I am sure there are people who will raise money by way of phone calls and mailings with the ability to take credit card info and not have to collect cash or ask for cheques to be written and mailed.
More money for the cause !!! :-)
Does it matter which we use or should we try to stick with one ??

Thanks guys - that's super !!
It benefits everyone concerned to make it as easy as possible to raise as much as possible.
For that reason alone, I can't imagine the Foundation saying no. The more money we raise, the better it is for everyone !!

Hey Steve ! Thanks for all your help getting the go ahead for credit cards. I've already sent out a revised pledge form.
I don't know how much difference it will make in the end but I think it will be positive. It allows people to take pledges by telephone or email.
Let's all hope it makes a BIG difference.
Thanks !!!
